Preventing a Sexual Assault : A Case Study.

In 2018, I (Joyti) had been advising a founder who had recently started an ML startup. I trained and educated the founder on the dynamics of sexual assault and sexual harassment, more specifically delving deep into boundary testing behaviors, predatory behavior, vulnerability, and false accusations.

Months later, the founder recognized some signs of boundary testing and predatory behavior in one of their collaborators. The founder successfully identified a potential target. Once the predator isolated the target, the founder interceded just as the predator was about to sexually expose himself to the target.
